Michele Gravelle

Michele GravelleMichele applies her 20 years of experience in management and corporate training to assisting individuals in cultivating their leadership capabilities and developing masterful communication skills. Some of the companies she has worked with include, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Capital One, the Federal Reserve Bank, MasterCard, PriceWaterhouseCoopers and the United States Postal Service. Michele currently teaches management courses through Boston University’s Corporate Education Group.

Prior to building her own consulting practice, Michele was the Director of Corporate Education at Vantage Partners, a consulting firm affiliated with the Harvard Negotiation Project. At Vantage, she partnered with internationally acclaimed thought leaders in the field of negotiation and relationship management. Before joining Vantage Partners, Michele was the National Director of Training at J. Walter Thompson, one of the oldest and largest advertising agencies in the US.

For her achievements in the fields of communication and marketing, Michele was featured
in the 1996-97 International Who's Who of Business Professionals. She has a BS in International Business and an MA in Psychology. Michele is a contributing author to the book, Enlightened Power: How Women Are Transforming the Path to Leadership, in which she shares her vision of how enlightened communication can change or world.
