This
innovative workshop on time management for executives and managers is
based on Marilyn’s acclaimed book, It’s Hard to Make a
Difference When You Can’t Find Your Keys (Penguin Compass,
2004). The comprehensive approach presented here is more sustainable
than the typical “get more done in less time” method. It enables
executives to develop abilities to draw on their aspirations, think
strategically, build supportive connections and maintain energy.
Participants use these skills to re-examine how they manage workload,
priorities, tradeoffs, and work-life balance. They also learn what it
takes to change ingrained time management habits.
